Our team makes the onboarding process as seamless as possible. When you schedule your appointment through our website or by phone, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a link to our new patient paperwork.
We encourage you to complete these forms online before your visit to save time. If you can’t do the paperwork beforehand, don’t worry; just arrive 10 minutes early to complete it.
Your First Visit: What to Expect
When you arrive for your appointment, we’ll greet you warmly and guide you through the check-in process. Once your paperwork is complete, we’ll discuss any specific concerns or issues you may have. From there, we begin with a comprehensive head-to-toe evaluation, assessing muscular function and neurological balance using Applied Kinesiology techniques.
During this visit, you’ll also receive your initial chiropractic adjustment. Our doctors are trained in a variety of techniques, allowing them to tailor the adjustment to your individual needs and preferences. Whether seeking relief from pain, improved mobility, or enhanced overall well-being, we’ll work with you to create a personal care plan that aligns with your health goals. Please allow 45 minutes for this visit.
Care Recommendations and Financial Matters
After your initial visit, we recommend scheduling follow-up appointments to maintain your progress and address any ongoing concerns.
Depending on your needs and who you schedule with, these appointments typically last between 15 to 30 minutes.
When it comes to discussing financial matters, transparency is key. Crane Chiropractic & Applied Kinesiology requests payment at the time of service. Payment options include checks, credit cards, debit cards, or HSA/FSA plans. We are out-of-network with insurance but can provide you with a superbill to submit your insurance for reimbursement. We’re always available to answer any questions you may have.
